A1 Wandergebiet Rödinghausen

Vom Wanderparkplatz „Friedhof Rödinghausen“ auf einer Länge von ca. 4 km wandert man auf naturnahen Wegen vorbei an einer langen Felswand. Diese entstand vor fast 160 Millionen Jahren. Dünne und dicke Gesteinsschichten wechseln sich in schneller Folge ab.

This 3.6 km walk is easy-going and within reach of all fitness levels. Most walkers finish in around 48 minutes.

Laid out as a circular walk, this trail finishes exactly where it begins — no need to arrange transport back or retrace your steps. Look for the A1-R trail markings to stay on the official route.

Part of the Local Walking Network (LWN), this trail is ideal for exploring the neighbourhood landscape. It is typically well-known to local walkers and offers an authentic sense of place.
