Andros Routes 5

This route offers another connection (additional to that of route 3) between Korthi and Chora, through the backcountry of Andros and some picturesque villages higher up on the mountainous terrain that separates the two

At 9.5 km, this is a comfortable half-day walk for most hikers. At an average walking pace, plan for roughly 2 hours and 6 minutes.

As a linear trail, this route has distinct start and end points. Return transport is worth arranging in advance unless you plan to walk back the same way. Follow the 5 waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
