Antica Via Clodia Tappa 09

Proposed hiking trail of the archaeological sites of the ancient Via Clodia. Problems. The current route does not pass through the Careias (Gaòeria) and Forum Clodii (San Liberato) mansiones as it has to cross private properties.

At 19.4 km, this is a solid full-day hike. At an average walking pace you can expect to complete the route in roughly 4 hours and 19 minutes.

As a linear trail, this route has distinct start and end points. Return transport is worth arranging in advance unless you plan to walk back the same way.

This trail forms part of the Regional Walking Network (RWN), linking local communities and natural features across the region. Waymarking is managed at the regional level.
