Dal Rifugio Acquaviva si raggiunge un punto panoramico con vista sul Golfo di Gaeta e le Isole Pontine per poi imboccare un sentiero antico, l’antica Via della Neve. Si prosegue poi lungo la cresta del Monte Ruazzo fino alla cima e la discesa verso Itri
