Da Lentella la lunga discesa in verso il fiume Trigno, che segna il confine tra Abruzzo e Molise; superato il guado detto “Pietra Fracica”, si inizia la salita sul versante opposto, con tratti anche impegnativi, fino al centro di Montenero di Bisaccia
