Circular Walk from Morston Quay to Cockthorpe, Blakeney

Head cross-country past former Langham airfield (look back for fantastic views of Blakeney Point) to the small village of Cockthorpe and through Cockthorpe Common before returning alongside salt water marshes.

At 9.7 km, this is a comfortable half-day walk for most hikers. At an average walking pace, plan for roughly 2 hours and 9 minutes.

As a linear trail, this route has distinct start and end points. Return transport is worth arranging in advance unless you plan to walk back the same way.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
