Copper Creek Trail #876
This is a steep 2.1 mile trail that forms a short loop at the ridge top. At 1.3 miles the trail branches and ascends to the ridge crest separating the Copper Creek and Elk Creek watersheds and then loops back down to the trail branch.
Covering just 3.4 km, this is a gentle outing perfect for families or beginners. Allow roughly 45 minutes.
This linear trail moves from one end to the other without looping back. A return journey by transport — or retracing the path — is needed to get back to the start. The trail is officially waymarked as 876, so look out for the trail markers along the way.
This is a Local Walking Network (LWN) trail — a community-level route perfect for exploring the immediate surroundings, popular with locals and visitors alike.
