Corfu Paths CC17

Τhe Mountain Lake - The traditional settlements of old Agios Markos and Spartilas, an old hunting trail that goes up the mountain and a seasonal mountain lake.

Covering 8.8 km, this is a satisfying walk that most reasonably fit hikers will complete in about 1 hour and 57 minutes.

This loop trail is a practical choice for day hikers: you start and end at the same spot, with no shuttle or pick-up required. Follow the CC 17 waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
