Le sentier de grande randonnée 7 suit approximativement la ligne de partage des eaux qui sépare le versant mer Méditerranée du versant mer du Nord-Manche-Atlantique.

Covering 22.8 km, this demanding trail is best tackled by experienced walkers in good condition. Budget roughly 5 hours and 4 minutes or consider splitting it across two days.

This linear trail moves from one end to the other without looping back. A return journey by transport — or retracing the path — is needed to get back to the start. Follow the 7B waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

As a National Walking Network (NWN) trail, this route represents a nationally recognised hiking corridor. Infrastructure and waymarking are maintained at a high standard.
