Estate Walk, Horsey Windpump

Long walk along distinct but uneven dirt or grassy path around Horsey Estate and to the beach. Some slopes and steps can be wet and very muddy after wet weather. Care needed when crossing the busy B1159 road. Not pushchair-friendly.

Covering 8.1 km, this is a satisfying walk that most reasonably fit hikers will complete in about 1 hour and 47 minutes.

This loop trail is a practical choice for day hikers: you start and end at the same spot, with no shuttle or pick-up required.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
