Vom Parkplatz Schacht II aus geht es zunächst ostwärts, dannn Richtung Norden vorbei an einem Waldwiesental. Entlang des Haidkopfes gehts zum Tanzplatz, von dort führen die Rundwege 2 und 1 gemeinsam an der Nordseite des Steinkopfes zurück
