Grand Tour del Lago Maggiore ® - Tappa 2 - Variante alta Monte alle Croci - Massino Visconti - Nebbiuno

An 11-stage trek that brings together and connects ancient historical routes, paths and pre-existing trails on the shores and hills surrounding Lake Maggiore, designed by CAI Sezione Verbano Intra. Descriptions are available on the Website.

This 11.4 km route makes for a full-day commitment — bring sufficient food and water. Plan for around 2 hours and 32 minutes on the trail.

Point-to-point in layout, this trail takes you from A to B across the landscape. Consider your return logistics before heading out. Follow the GTLM waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
