Walking through History - This trail takes hikers form the port of Vathy to the medieval capital of Paleochora through a winding trail that crosses abandoned fields and remnants of agricultural land uses.

A compact 4.1 km route ideal for a relaxed morning out. At an easy pace, plan for about 54 minutes.

This is a point-to-point route, running from one location to another. Plan ahead for return transport, or consider reversing the route on your way back. The trail is officially waymarked as 3, so look out for the trail markers along the way.
