Южноуральская тропа проходит по горным частям Республики Башкортостан и Челябинской области. Курорты Банное и Абзаково, Белорецк, Инзерские Зубчатки, Большой Иремель, нацпарки Зюраткуль и Таганай, курорт Тургояк. Тропа проходима без палаток.
