Szlak prowadzi przez dziewięć wzgórz morenowych i kończy się na największym wzniesieniu Krzyżance (Góra Chełmska). Trasa trudna. Można ją przemierzyć wyłącznie pieszo. Należy na to przeznaczyć ok. 4h.
