Walk along a gentle road-to-trail conversion along beautiful old growth groves to a placid lake deep in the Lower Skokomish Valley.
A compact 4.4 km route ideal for a relaxed morning out. At an easy pace, plan for about 58 minutes.
This is a point-to-point route, running from one location to another. Plan ahead for return transport, or consider reversing the route on your way back. Follow the PLT waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.
As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
