Ribble Way
The Ribble Way follows the valley of the River Ribble from the mouth to the source near to the Pennine Way National Trail on Gayle Moor.
A compact 1.2 km route ideal for a relaxed morning out. At an easy pace, plan for about 16 minutes.
This is a circular route that brings you back to your exact starting point — ideal for a self-contained day out without having to organise return transport.
This trail forms part of the Regional Walking Network (RWN), linking local communities and natural features across the region. Waymarking is managed at the regional level.
