Dorfplatz (Landgrafenstraße 44, 66996 Ludwigswinkel) – Area 1 – Rumberg – Rumberg-Felsen (Ostfels, Lochfels, Wespenfels, Habichtsfels und Kastenfels) – Guckenbühl – Weiher – Rösselsquelle – Dorfplatz

A 11.3 km full-day trail that rewards walkers with a proper day out. Budget roughly 2 hours and 31 minutes at a steady pace.

This route forms a near-complete loop: the start and finish are very close together, so only minimal transport is needed to get back. It combines the convenience of a circular walk with a slightly varied return. The trail is officially waymarked as RS, so look out for the trail markers along the way.
