S21 Gurro loc. Tresco, bivio S01 - La Piota

From Tresco above Gurro, crossroads with S01 and GTA, climb to the top of la Piota where you reach the Sentiero Bove. You pass by Vanzone, from the chapel of Fulca with the unattended bivouac and the Alpone.

A 5.2 km half-day trail that offers a balanced outing without demanding too much. Budget around 1 hour and 10 minutes.

This is a point-to-point route, running from one location to another. Plan ahead for return transport, or consider reversing the route on your way back. The trail is officially waymarked as S21, so look out for the trail markers along the way.
