La terza tappa lascia Monterosso Almo dalla trazzera che riporta nella Riserva Orientata "Canalazzo" e incrocia il percorso 841 ai margini della riserva per arrivare a Chiaramonte Gulfi, toccando il sentiero della Trasversale Sicula
