A3 [Alte Eisenbahn] is a 4.8 km Local Hiking hiking trail covering an interesting stretch of countryside.

A compact 4.8 km route ideal for a relaxed morning out. At an easy pace, plan for about 1 hour and 4 minutes.

This route forms a near-complete loop: the start and finish are very close together, so only minimal transport is needed to get back. It combines the convenience of a circular walk with a slightly varied return. Follow the A3 waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.
