Brown Creek Nature Loop Trail #877
Brown Creek Nature Loop Trail is a 0.8 mile loop around a beaver pond and is a great wildlife viewing area. The trail has an easy grade along the south half, leaving from the Interpretive Trailhead. There are steeper grades along the north half.
A compact 1.3 km route ideal for a relaxed morning out. At an easy pace, plan for about 17 minutes.
This route forms a near-complete loop: the start and finish are very close together, so only minimal transport is needed to get back. It combines the convenience of a circular walk with a slightly varied return. The trail is officially waymarked as 877, so look out for the trail markers along the way.
