Cammino del Lago Maggiore - Tappa Cannobio - Ascona

A 230km circular trekking, divided into 11 stages, along the shores of Lake Maggiore. It links Lombardy, Piedmont, and Switzerland in a unique route with breathtaking views. It's a participatory journey, the result of mapping with local residents.

A 19.6 km full-day trail that rewards walkers with a proper day out. Budget roughly 4 hours and 21 minutes at a steady pace.

This is a point-to-point route, running from one location to another. Plan ahead for return transport, or consider reversing the route on your way back. Follow the CLM waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

This trail forms part of the Regional Walking Network (RWN), linking local communities and natural features across the region. Waymarking is managed at the regional level.
