Cammino della Pace - Tappa 8

Da Salle, si sale fino al borgo abbandonato di Salle Vecchio e al castello, si scende fino al fiume Orta e si risale il corso fino a Caramanico Terme, uno dei borghi più belli d’Italia, che si attraversa fino al Centro Visite del Parco, fine della tappa

Covering 10.3 km, this is a substantial hike requiring a reasonable base fitness. Most walkers complete it in about 2 hours and 18 minutes.

This linear trail moves from one end to the other without looping back. A return journey by transport — or retracing the path — is needed to get back to the start. The trail is officially waymarked as CdP8, so look out for the trail markers along the way.
