Civil Engineering Walk
A route that has several transport engineering points of interest involving historic hydro, road and rail infrastructure yet also has beautiful scenery. Grade is hiking but with short sections with uneven pathways.
Covering 11.0 km, this is a substantial hike requiring a reasonable base fitness. Most walkers complete it in about 2 hours and 27 minutes.
This loop trail is a practical choice for day hikers: you start and end at the same spot, with no shuttle or pick-up required.
