Jefferson Pass Trail #800
This short trail climbs at a gentle grade through mature fir and hemlock forest. The elevation is comparatively high, yet the firs are 3 feet or more in diameter, with an open understory.
This 1.6 km walk is easy-going and within reach of all fitness levels. Most walkers finish in around 21 minutes.
Point-to-point in layout, this trail takes you from A to B across the landscape. Consider your return logistics before heading out. Follow the 800 waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.
As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
