Der abwechslungsreiche Rundweg führt durch den Endmoränenzug der Pieverstorfer Berge. Darüber hinaus werden fünf kleine Waldseen umrundet. Südlich von Pieverstorf befindet sich eine großflächige bronzezeitliche Wallanlage.
