Spider Lake Loop Trail #879

Hike through old growth forest around serene Spider Lake. This 1.9 mile loop trail is a level grade and gets yearly mainenance. Enter trail from either the North or South end of lake.

This 3.1 km walk is easy-going and within reach of all fitness levels. Most walkers finish in around 41 minutes.

The route nearly completes a loop, with start and end points within easy walking distance of each other. Minimal logistics required. Follow the 879 waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
