Südalpenweg 03A

Variante von 03 zwischen Soboth und Weintrattl (nahe Hühnerkogel zwischen Jankitzkogel und der ehem. Roßhütte auf 1430 m). Ab Weintrattl führt die Etappe über Weg 03 nach Lavamünd (siehe website).

Covering 9.3 km, this is a satisfying walk that most reasonably fit hikers will complete in about 2 hours and 5 minutes.

This linear trail moves from one end to the other without looping back. A return journey by transport — or retracing the path — is needed to get back to the start. The trail is officially waymarked as 03A, so look out for the trail markers along the way.

This route is part of the National Walking Network (NWN) — a flagship trail maintained to national standards, often following scenic or historically significant corridors.
