Ventalon

En passant par la draille du Languedoc et la ligne de partage des eaux entre Atlantique et Méditerranée, ce parcours, au pied du Bougès, offre de belles vues sur les Cévennes, le massif de l'Aigoual et le mont Lozère.

Covering 7.4 km, this is a satisfying walk that most reasonably fit hikers will complete in about 1 hour and 38 minutes.

This linear trail moves from one end to the other without looping back. A return journey by transport — or retracing the path — is needed to get back to the start.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
