Blakes Wood to Lingwood Common Walk, Danbury

Woodland paths can be hilling in places, with occasional protruding tree roots. Paths can become muddy, suitable footwear is necessary. Not suitable for pushchairs, wheelchairs or cycles. Can be connected with Lingwood trails and Danbury trails.

This 2.6 km walk is easy-going and within reach of all fitness levels. Most walkers finish in around 34 minutes.

Laid out as a circular walk, this trail finishes exactly where it begins — no need to arrange transport back or retrace your steps.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
