Da Ruffano raggiungiamo Alessano, meta spirituale di questo Cammino. Lungo il percorso incontriamo Specchia menzionato tra i Borghi più belli d’Italia e la città di Tricase, poi si giunge al cimitero comunale di Alessano dove è sepolto don Tonino Bello
