Initially steep route follows the final stretch of the Vertical "La Veia" from Alpe Dente becomes a pleasant panoramic path halfway up the hill towards Lake Oriaccia a short stretch on a rocky slope leads to the pass.

This 469 m walk is easy-going and within reach of all fitness levels. Most walkers finish in around 6 minutes.

Laid out as a circular walk, this trail finishes exactly where it begins — no need to arrange transport back or retrace your steps. The trail is officially waymarked as D14, so look out for the trail markers along the way.

This is a Local Walking Network (LWN) trail — a community-level route perfect for exploring the immediate surroundings, popular with locals and visitors alike.
