E9 section 38: Tõstamaa-Matsi is a 23.3 km International Hiking hiking trail covering an interesting stretch of countryside.

This is a point-to-point route, running from one location to another. Plan ahead for return transport, or consider reversing the route on your way back. Follow the E9 waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

This trail belongs to the International Walking Network (IWN) — one of Europe's most ambitious cross-border hiking networks. Waymarking and maintenance follow international standards throughout.
