Grand Tour del Lago Maggiore ® - Tappa 6 - Laveno - Porto Valtravaglia

An 11-stage trek that brings together and connects ancient historical routes, paths and pre-existing trails on the shores and hills surrounding Lake Maggiore, designed by CAI Sezione Verbano Intra. Descriptions are available on the Website.

A 13.6 km full-day trail that rewards walkers with a proper day out. Budget roughly 3 hours and 1 minutes at a steady pace.

This is a point-to-point route, running from one location to another. Plan ahead for return transport, or consider reversing the route on your way back. Follow the GTLM waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
