Il Cammino del Gran Sasso - Tappa 5

La tappa finale del Cammino, un po' più impegnativa per lunghezza e dislivello delle precedenti, da Barisciano, passando dal Rifugio Montecristo porta a Fonte Cerreto chiudendo l’anello del Cammino.

A 16.2 km full-day trail that rewards walkers with a proper day out. Budget roughly 3 hours and 36 minutes at a steady pace.

This is a point-to-point route, running from one location to another. Plan ahead for return transport, or consider reversing the route on your way back. Follow the CGS5 waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
