Lightspout Waterfall Walk, Carding Mill Valley

This route is along a footpath on a sometimes challenging ascent to the Lightspout Waterfall that is narrow at various points. Closer to the waterfall areas may become slippery due to the water.

At 4.8 km, this is a short, accessible outing suitable for most fitness levels. Expect to complete it in around 1 hour and 4 minutes at a comfortable pace.

As a linear trail, this route has distinct start and end points. Return transport is worth arranging in advance unless you plan to walk back the same way.
