Mostly following the former mill lade from the weir at Stanley, near Thistlebridge Rapids, that flowed to the bleaching mills at Luncarty. Experienced walkers only. Avoids busy roads without footpaths.
A compact 4.0 km route ideal for a relaxed morning out. At an easy pace, plan for about 53 minutes.
This is a point-to-point route, running from one location to another. Plan ahead for return transport, or consider reversing the route on your way back.
