Mount Misery Trail (white)
Mount Misery trail is a multi-use trail, mostly single track, through typical pine/oak forests. Despite the name, there is no mountain, and 'Misery' is a shortening of Misericordia.
This 13.5 km route makes for a full-day commitment — bring sufficient food and water. Plan for around 3 hours on the trail.
Point-to-point in layout, this trail takes you from A to B across the landscape. Consider your return logistics before heading out. Follow the MMT waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.
As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
