Pine Cone Point Path
Pleasant out-and-back woodland route on firm path to Pine Cone Point viewpoint. The zig-zag climbing section ascends approximately 100 metres.
A compact 4.2 km route ideal for a relaxed morning out. At an easy pace, plan for about 55 minutes.
This route forms a near-complete loop: the start and finish are very close together, so only minimal transport is needed to get back. It combines the convenience of a circular walk with a slightly varied return.
Part of the Local Walking Network (LWN), this trail is ideal for exploring the neighbourhood landscape. It is typically well-known to local walkers and offers an authentic sense of place.
