R02a Premeno - Pizzo d'Omo (bivio R10)

From Premeno,crossroad R02,in direction of Le Australie,go up the provincial road to Pollino,after about 300 m deviate into V.Manegra. A path on the left leads to Sasso Mezzano with a wonderful view of Lago Maggiore,then to the crossroad with R10.

A compact 2.9 km route ideal for a relaxed morning out. At an easy pace, plan for about 39 minutes.

This is a point-to-point route, running from one location to another. Plan ahead for return transport, or consider reversing the route on your way back. Follow the R02A waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
