R03 Cambiasca - Pian Cavallone - Pizzo Marona - Monte Zeda

Route of great landscape interest that goes from Cambiasca to Monte Zeda passing from the peak of Pizzo Marona; it crosses Miazzina,Alpe Pala,Cappella Fina,Pian Cavallone,Colle Forcola,Passo del Diavolo,Pizzo Marona. Exposed stretch with chains.

Covering 16.2 km, this is a substantial hike requiring a reasonable base fitness. Most walkers complete it in about 3 hours and 36 minutes.

This linear trail moves from one end to the other without looping back. A return journey by transport — or retracing the path — is needed to get back to the start. Look for the R03 trail markings to stay on the official route.
