Bielefelder Lämmerweg: Rundtour 1 (Ubbedissen - Eisgrund)

Ergibt zusammen mit dem Teilstück des Hauptweges des Lämmerwegs, zwischen der Lämmershagener Brücke (L787) und dem Wanderparkplatz Eisgrund, einen Rundweg um "Auf dem Polle" und durch den Markengrund.
