Da Serramonacesca si sale alla chiesa di San Liberatore a Maiella, continuado lungo la valle del fiume Alento fino ai ruderi della Torre di Polegro, poi si raggiunge il convento di San Francesco Caracciolo e si arriva a Roccamontepiano, meta della tappa
