Da San Clemente, dopo Torre de’ Passeri si sale verso l'ingresso del Parco Nazionale della Maiella per poi arrivare al borgo di Muséllaro. Dalla valle del fiume Orta si arriva alla chiesa di San Tommaso Becket e si prosegue fino al centro abitato di Salle
