Lasciata Ruvo, si percorre un tratto dell’antica Via Appia-Traiana per raggiungere prima il Complesso monastico di Santa Maria di Cesano e poi, il borgo di Sovereto, per poi arrivare a Terlizzi, città nota per la floricoltura e per la ceramica
