G22 - Lago Castel - Bta di Tamia

Up to Lake Nero, suitable for mountain hikers, after Lake Nero the exposure and steepness of the trail reserve it for experts. There are long stretches of stone. However, the very frequent blue trail signs make it easier to find the trail (2024)

Covering just 743 m, this is a gentle outing perfect for families or beginners. Allow roughly 10 minutes.

This linear trail moves from one end to the other without looping back. A return journey by transport — or retracing the path — is needed to get back to the start. The trail is officially waymarked as G22, so look out for the trail markers along the way.
