Percurso da Mesa dos Quatro Abades

Este percurso decorre entre o Lugar da Vacariça, na freguesia limiana de Refoios do Lima, e a aldeia de montanha de Vilar do Monte, também pertencente ao concelho de Ponte de Lima.

A 10.1 km full-day trail that rewards walkers with a proper day out. Budget roughly 2 hours and 15 minutes at a steady pace.

This route forms a near-complete loop: the start and finish are very close together, so only minimal transport is needed to get back. It combines the convenience of a circular walk with a slightly varied return. Look for the PTL PR11 trail markings to stay on the official route.
