S19a Alpe Fornà superiore - Cresta nord Monte Zeda

From Alpe Fornà to the north ridge of Monte Zeda, with parts of the path to be followed carefully. At Fornà the refuge dedicated to the partisan U.Cavallasca Cucciolo and memorial of the shooting of '44.

At 623 m, this is a short, accessible outing suitable for most fitness levels. Expect to complete it in around 8 minutes at a comfortable pace.

Almost circular, this trail brings you back very close to your starting point. A short transfer or brief walk connects the finish to the trailhead. Follow the S19A waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
