The walk begins next to a curious building commonly known as Sistelo Castle, following between rustic houses and typical granaries, along a path that will take us, on a winding climb, to beautiful landscapes

A 8.6 km half-day trail that offers a balanced outing without demanding too much. Budget around 1 hour and 55 minutes.

This is a circular route that brings you back to your exact starting point — ideal for a self-contained day out without having to organise return transport. Follow the PR 14 waymarkers throughout to stay on the official trail line.

As a Local Walking Network (LWN) route, this trail has a strong community character. It serves both regular local walkers and visitors discovering the area for the first time.
